The Briefing

Seven days before your session, you'll receive a 12+ page briefing. It won’t reveal what’s going to happen in the room, but it will prepare you for how to handle it when it does.

You’ll explore communication tactics, pressure dynamics, psychological patterns, and ways to stay grounded when things start to feel shaky.

The Encounter

You'll meet a fully embodied character portrayed by a professional actor. They have their own objectives, their own reactions, and their own way of responding to you moment by moment.

There is no script. You’re not performing. You’re dealing with what’s in front of you.

The Debrief

After the simulation, your facilitator guides a structured landing. You'll walk through what happened, what surprised you, and what you saw in yourself that you can't unsee.

How does the live simulation work?

After receiving a detailed briefing, you enter a 30-minute live session via video call. You warm up in a group, but you engage one-on-one with an actor trained in the scenario you've reviewed. No script governs the outcome; your choices dictate the direction of the encounter.

How long does a full session take?

The simulation day includes a guided warm-up, a 30-minute live scenario, and a structured debrief.

Plan for approximately 120 minutes total.

You’ll also want a few hours in the days before to go through your briefing.

What does the $275 fee cover?

The fee covers your comprehensive briefing document (sent 7 days prior), a professional actor, a facilitator-led warm-up, the 30-minute live simulation, and a structured debrief session.

Is the experience online or in-person?

Every session takes place live, one-on-one, in a private online setting designed to feel immediate and fully immersive.

What should I prepare beforehand?

You’ll receive your briefing 7 days before. Read it carefully. Think about it. Then show up ready to engage. The rest is up to you and your instincts in the moment. 

How are safety and emotional boundaries managed?

We establish safewords and clear boundaries during the warm-up to ensure that while the pressure is real, the environment remains professional and safe.

What are the rescheduling and cancellation policies?

Due to the dedicated time of our actors and facilitators, sessions can be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Is prior acting or negotiation experience needed?
