Your Clients Have Done The Work. But Can They Put It Into Practice?
The Boom Room is a simulator for clients to move your theory into action.
We drop your clients into high-stakes encounters with professional actors who are trained to push back on their resolve in real time.
Your clients have had breakthroughs in your sessions
but when they find themselves in real-world challenging moments, they still freeze.
They need the proof your concepts are transferring .
“The Boom Room was like First Aid training for communication... You'd train for a marathon, you'd train for a driver's test. Why not train for your most nerve-wracking conversations?”
Leo, Milan—Media Relations Specialist
A Live Lab to Embody Your Concepts
The Boom Room is a precision instrument designed to complement and maximize the theory you’re training:
01
Scenario Creation
Through deep research, we understand your client base and propose simulations to you that meet participants where they are in order to reach where they want to be.
02
Actor Recruitment
Using our extensive talent roster, we engage actors who are appropriate for your clients’ needs and train them to provide a healthy challenge that focusses on growth during the simulations.
03
Facilitators
Our facilitators are well-equipped to synthesize your clients’ experience and uniquely run a session that has maximum impact.
04
Delivery
We embed our simulation sessions into your program at strategic intervals in order to lock in the learning effectively.
“They took the time to get to know me through the initial intake. At one point in each of the simulations I had to take a step back to remind myself this was not real. I felt like everyone on the Boom crew was invested.”
Andie, Vancouver—Operations Manager
Practice Through Lived Experience
How A Boom Room Session Works:
The Actor
In groups of 4, or 1:1, your client meets a different character (played by a pro actor) each time.
The Challenge
The actor reacts to them. If they hesitate, the actor pushes. If they stand their ground, the actor listens. Your clients will feel the adrenaline.
The Facilitator
A facilitator observes your clients in real-time.
They’ll call out where they saw them rise up, where they pushed their boundaries, and where their real strength is.

A Method Grounded in Psychology and Neuroscience
Your Body Learns What Your Mind Can't Be Taught
When you're fully present in a high-stakes moment—even a simulated one—your nervous system absorbs the experience.
Because you're feeling what it's like to stay grounded when someone pushes back, that becomes memory your body can access later.
The Power Of Repeated Exposure
The more you practice staying present in uncomfortable conversations, the more your instincts sharpen. You start picking up on subtle shifts, like tone, body language, and energy without overthinking.
You learn to trust what you're sensing and respond from that place, instead of from fear or doubt.
Practice Rewires Your Default Response
Your patterns exist because your body has rehearsed them thousands of times. If you freeze when challenged, or apologize when you shouldn't, those are learned responses.
When you practice a different response in a real, embodied scenario, you're giving your nervous system new evidence. Over time, the new response becomes the instinct.
“I felt a lot more emboldened to defend myself and my rights. I can hold the physical sensations of discomfort while tending to my emotional experience.”

“It works. The whole program is cohesive. I was surprised how immersed I became. ”
