How a 120-minute Boom Room Session Works:

The Actor

In small groups of 4, you’ll meet a character (played by a pro actor) designed to trigger your freeze response.

The Challenge

The actor responds to you. If you hesitate, the actor pushes. If you stand your ground, the actor listens. You will feel the adrenaline.

The Facilitator

A facilitator observes in real-time, calling out where you rise up and where your real strength lives.
