How A 120-Minute Boom Room Session Works:

Face Real Resistance

In small groups of 4, you’ll meet a character (played by a pro actor) designed to trigger your freeze response:

  • The Steamroller: The person who interrupts you.

  • The Red Flag: The subtle manipulator you usually ignore until it’s too late.

  • The Bully: The authority figure who demands you back down.

The Stress Test

The actor reacts to you. If you hesitate, they push. If you stand your ground, they listen. You will feel the adrenaline.

A facilitator observes your "fight or flight" mechanics in real-time. They’ll call out where you rose up, where you pushed your boundaries, and where your real strength is.
